MY DIET
FRUIT SHAKE
--Cut up and place two or three different fruits of your choice in the blender. Try to --vary the type of fruit from time to time. --Pour enough fruit juice of your choice to cover the fruit with a little extra. I use --orange, grapefruit or any citric juice occasionally, but you can use almost --any fruit juice. --Add one teaspoon of Vitamin C (powered). --Add one scoop of Whey Protein Powder. --Add one raw egg. --If you think it needs a little sweetening – add a tablespoon of honey.
--Do the above once in the morning and again around noon.
VEGETABLE SHAKE
--Cut up beets, carrots, celery and any other vegetable you may like - place in the --blender.. --Pour V-8 and or tomato
juice over the veggies to more than cover them or if you have --Add one teaspoon of Vitamin C (powered). --Add one scoop of Whey Protein Powder. --Same as above – if you need a little sweetener – add a tablespoon of honey.
OTHER FOOD
--Have the first fruit shake in the a.m. around 8:00. --Around 10:00 am have a bowl of All bran cereal mixed with raw (uncooked) 3 Minute --Quick Oatmeal and maybe some granola with milk. --Between the noon fruit shake and the veggie shake (around 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm) have --some beans, fish or chicken or snack on dried fruit and nuts --if you are not that hungry. --Have the vegetable shake around 5:00 pm or 6:00 whichever is convenient.
--Of course a high potency vitamin / mineral supplementation is important --I also include Colostrum --Colostrum helps strengthen Immune Response, supports G I Tract Health, --muscle growth and recovery.
--This has been basically my diet for two years. Your stomach will shrink after a while --from eating less solid food and you will not feel that stuffed feeling nor have exagerated hunger . --pangs. Of course, the portions have to be small – don´t stuff yourself -- with anything. I went from 225 pounds to 175 pounds about two years --ago and without changing my diet I have maintained the 175 pounds for a year. --And that is with working out almost every day for 2 or 3 hours with 30 --minutes to one hour of riding the recumbent bike before doing the machines or weights.
--If you like you may use LIQUID protein instead of the powder and take a --tablespoon twice a day. An excellent brand is: --Twin Lab Amino Acid with Predigested Collagen
--THIS DIET IS PERMANENT AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED AND --PROVIDES ENERGY LIKE I NEVER HAD BEFORE.
