PH HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO YOUR BODY ???
I have been involved in physical fitness, health and supplements for the better part of my life. I started back when anyone that took vitamins was a “Health Nut”. In the past I have tried and experimented with innumerable amounts of pills and tablets before they devised ways of incorporating more that one thing into one capsule or tablet. With the advent of research in supplementation you can now down very few tablets or capsules to achieve the same goal even better than before. The internet has also been extremely instrumental in locating information about any subject. It is like being directly connected to all the data bases in the world. After all those years I used to hear about PH with reference to swimming pools, but rarely any mention of Body PH. Even doctors have never mentioned to me anything with reference to PH. Finally, light bulbs started flashing and with my constant research for items of interest to add to this website, I discovered I had been ignoring one of the most important rules for sustaining a healthy body. Right away I ordered capsules and PH strips to test my acid / alkaline level and to my dismay I discovered I was acidic a good share of time. And I thought my previous diet was OK. WRONG!!! I am going to quote what a website has to say about body acidity: AN ACIDIC BODY IS A SICKNESS MAGNET. More and more every day I am realizing just how true that statement is. Think about it in terms of keeping the PH level alkaline in a swimming pool, what happens if you let it go and it turns acidic? GREEN ALGAE. In other words it looks like a cesspool. UGH! I can not think, now that I am finally aware of the consequences, of letting my body stay in such a horrible state. Since I have dedicated myself every day to keeping my ph where it belongs, I have more energy and have avoided many every day illnesses that are common to many people. PH, diet, exercise, rest and supplementation are all included in an every day of your life dedication if you really have the desire to feel extra good physically and mentally. After a few times of going off course, I came to the conclusion that those five things must be adhered to without exception, i.e. it is a lifetime commitment. How does one become very proficient at any profession, sport, music, without total, all out, discipline or dedication in order to attain perfection? Health should be number one on the list. All the other things I just listed will appear easier with a healthy body and mind to work with. At first, it may appear to be boring, but with time it becomes habit. Up until now I have been quite religious keeping my PH where it should be, but I still did not have any real information about how it really works.
